Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between you and Spark Games Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15379140) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

We provide this website, which markets a developer template, and a signed-in “Studio” in which you can describe an app idea and see an interactive preview generated from it. Purchases of the template itself are handled separately by our checkout provider and are governed by the terms presented at checkout.

The Studio is provided free of charge as a demonstration. We may change, limit or withdraw it at any time, and generation is rate-limited per account.

User Accounts

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google; we never receive your password, and we ask Google for no access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service. You must be old enough to hold a Google account in your country, and at least 13. When you have an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Signing in stores your email address with us so your Studio is there when you return. It does not subscribe you to marketing: that is a separate, opt-in choice you make in the Studio or in Dashboard → Settings, and you can reverse it at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to send spam or malicious content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Studio to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, or to submit personal data about other people
• Automate, script or resell access to the Studio, or work around its rate limits

The Studio and AI-Generated Previews

When you describe an idea in the Studio, that description is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) which selects a matching category and suggests a name. The preview is then assembled from our own template catalogue. Do not enter confidential information or personal data about other people; see our Privacy Policy.

Previews are illustrative. Figures, charts, tables and sample records shown in a generated preview are placeholder data, not real data and not a forecast. A preview is not a finished application, is provided “as is”, and we make no warranty that it is accurate, fit for any purpose, or free of resemblance to an existing product.

You keep whatever rights you have in the description you type. We claim no ownership of your idea. The template, the catalogue and the generated preview's underlying code remain ours, as set out under Intellectual Property below. Because the same description can be given to us by more than one person, we cannot and do not grant you any exclusivity over a generated name or preview — check availability yourself before adopting a name.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this service, including but not limited to the software, source code, design, text, graphics, and trade marks, are the exclusive property of Spark Games Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales and applicable international treaties. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Unauthorised copying, modification, distribution, or use of any part of this service is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this service.
